讲座人简介：

耶鲁安(Jeroen van de Weijer), 语言学教授，荷兰皇室高级研究院成员，专注于句法结构，语音系统，语言变异，心理语言学以及语言习得研究。

1989 年毕业于荷兰内梅亨大学荣誉学士学位，硕士期间留学于英国伦敦大学，1994年于荷兰莱顿大学获得语言学博士学位。之后莱顿大学执教十余年。期间创建了莱顿大学语言学学术研究型硕士班，吸引了众多国际学术人才，为莱顿大学的语言学专业建设做出了突出贡献。2009年9月，耶鲁安受聘于中国上海外国语大学，任语言学教授。2019年9月，耶鲁安受聘于中国深圳大学，任语言学研究特聘教授。

耶鲁安教授著述丰富，发表的著作涉及优选论、日语语言学、荷兰语语言学、中国语言学等诸多领域；编著了《优选论：音系、句法和习得》（2000年，牛津大学出版社）等22部语言学著作，出版于德国Mouton de Gruyter、荷兰John Benjamins等国际权威出版社；在Lingua, Acta Linguistica, Linguistics, Journal of Chinese Linguistics, The Linguistic Review, Linguistics of the Tibeto-Burman Area,等一流学术期刊发表学术论文35篇；受邀于29部语言学著作中撰写相关章节，其中2001年至2010年连续10年为牛津大学出版社的权威刊物The Year’s Work in English Studies撰稿；23次受邀在国际性学术会议上作主讲嘉宾。他与欧洲和包括中国、日本和韩国等亚洲国家的的语言学研究者有着长期而深远的学术合作，具有相当的学术知名度，近5年论文被引用400余次。目前，耶鲁安教授指导完成博士论文18，其中中国12人，受邀参加世界各地博士论文答辩32场，其中中国博士生12场，指导硕士研究生53人，其中中国硕士研究生40人。

耶鲁安教授在国际学术的平台上，对中国语言学研究及人才培养贡献突出，成绩显著。2010年初，耶鲁安获得由上海市教委颁发的”东方学者”荣誉证书，被授予“特聘教授”称号，并获得相关科研基金。2013年被上海市政府授予“白玉兰”奖。2014年5月22日，由于为推动我国重点领域建设取得跨越式发展和重大科学研究取得关键性突破发挥着积极作用，在上海西郊宾馆耶鲁安教授与来自22个国家的50名专家一起，受到了习近平总书记的亲切接见。

讲座内容简介：

This presentation presents a new approach to words of the type zigzag, chitchat, mishmash, and knickknack, dilly-dally, etc. in English. On the one hand, such words form a regular phonological and regular functional pattern in English (they sound the same and have the same semantic connotations), but it is not productive: only one or two new words have been formed with this pattern in the last 100 hundred years in English. I argue that this pattern is therefore best analyzed in a construction-based approach, which has clear advantages over other approaches, e.g. analyses involving extra grammaticality or a synchronically productive reduplication process. Thus, words that consist of a single morpheme (like zigzag) can also be analyzed as constructions.
