视障朋友的灯塔    

The Eye of the Blind    

张宇红退休之后，她以“帮助别人就是帮助自己”为座右铭，满腔热情来到中国盲文图书馆，周到细致地为视障人服务，深受视障朋友的爱戴。  

After Zhang Yuhong retired, she began to take the saying “helping others is helping yourself”as her motto, and came to work in the Chinese Braille Library with great enthusiasm, where she has been loved by the blind people because of her attentive and careful service.  

从2013年开始，张宇红参与中国盲文图书馆志愿服务，至今没有间断过。志愿服务中，除了热情导盲，接待视障朋友，陪着盲人开展各类文体活动，张宇红还帮助两位盲人编辑校对图书。  

 Since 2013, Zhang Yuhong has participated in many voluntary activities in Chinese Braille Library, which has never been interrupted. In voluntary activities, in addition to enthusiastic guide and reception for the blind, and carrying out various sports and activities for them, Zhang Yuhong also helped two blind persons to edit and proofread books.

她每个星期都要去图书馆，还要帮着编辑校对一两本图书。编辑校对盲文图书，尤其要让视障朋友读起来顺畅无误，张宇红要不断地查字典、查资料、浏览网页，工作繁琐而乏味。  

She goes to the library every week and helps the editors to proofread some books. In order to edit and proofread Braille books, especially for the accuracy and completeness of those books, Zhang Yuhong has to constantly look up the dictionary, resort to data and the web pages, which is very tedious.  

在志愿服务中，除了引导视障朋友走进图书馆，参与文化娱乐活动，她还多次引导视障人去公园赏花，从梅花、桃花到牡丹、月季，让他们触摸花形，品闻花的香味，感受国色天香之美，体验大自然的无穷温暖。  

 While in the voluntary activities, she guides the visually impaired people into the library, helping them to participate in cultural and entertainment activities. Besides, she has also guided them to the park to appreciate flowers many times. From plum blossoms, peach blossoms to peonies and roses, she guided them to touch the shapes, smell the fragrance, feel the beauty of these flowers, and experience the infinite magic of the nature.  

她还带领视障朋友走进国家大剧院、北京中山音乐堂，享受音乐的盛宴。在音乐的陶冶中，在优雅的环境里，张宇红陪着残疾人度过很多快乐时光。  

In addition, she also guided them to the National Theatre and Zhongshan music hall in Beijing to enjoy music. Whether in the edification of music or in elegant environment, Zhang Yuhong has spent a lot of happy times with the blind.
